>On February 27, 2007, during a meeting with our legal representative, a decision has been taken to cease pursuing all activities in regards to the appeal case Level Extreme was doing against the Canada Revenue Agency. That case was in process for more than two years. After all the effort and support providing by Level Extreme clients and other parties, it was no longer possible to continue pursuing on that quest.

Michel,

We promise to stay loyal customers and we'll pay the extra money. (Right, guys and girls?!)

There may be a (further) drop coming, because some or many developers will gonna leave the now sinking vfp-ship. This might be a next threat to the UT's existence. Alternative forums here will likely have to rise or grow, in order to survive. I think they need some new impetus, so your stress won't be over now. :)

Perhaps MS can financially support the UT. Afterall, the support here has been of a quality that MS has never succeeded to deliver themselves to us.
Groet,
Peter de Valença

Let's develop superb standards that will end the holy wars.
