I remember that so well. One of Katy's sisters was a teller at that bank. It is off of Victory Blvd and Laurel Canyon as I recall.
The police in our area from time to time (even recently) complain that the weapons that they have been issued should be upgraded to match the firepower of the people who commit crimes with weapons.
