I'm planning to take my LAN application to a terminal service environment. We have been doing this without problems on a smaller scale for a few years, but not with very many users. I'm looking for any gotchas, best practices, etc. for setting this up. The idea is to centralize to a data center here, and serve the application to branch offices over the WAN through TS.

I seem to remember some problem with a VFP app running in a terminal server session having problems with multi-user access to tables over a network share, but I no longer remember the details. At the time, I located the databases on a local drive in the server to get around that problem, but I may not be able to do it that way going forward.

Any help pointing me in the right direction is appreciated.

thanks
