I would have sworn the book said Terry Nietz did follow to Redmond.
One of the most striking things about the book to me was that when there was this new thing called the "personal PC", Dave Fulton thought to look to over 30 years of legacy main frame apps and cull the best of breed from that rather than re-invent the wheel.
I think Terry mentioned that the move to OOP should not have been made.
Well that was a Microsoft move...
