Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate it. I have another question though. :)

Would it be possible if I will only apply the transparency to the list view control? My aim is to put an image in the background of the list view so that everytime I scroll, the image will not move together with it. Also the picture property of the listview does not support unlike in image controls.
