Hey Denis,
The only problems that I know about with IIS and .NET is that IIS must be installed before the .NET Framework. If IIS is installed *after* .NET, you can fix the problem by running:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
If that's not the problem, then keep digging.
