I was able to do this through my printer driver. I changed the printer settings to print to file, then when I printed the image the driver screen popped up and I select my "advanced" button and found an area for creating and inserting macros. Hopefully your driver has something similar that won't be too hard to figure out. I was rather pleased with how easy the process was.
