A touch screen acts just like a mouse, so there is really not much you have to change. Some things to think about though:
- button and other controls should be larger than normal since a finger is larger than a mouse pointer
- as per Sergey's email, provide some sort of on-screen keyboard for text input, but try to reduce this as it is tedious
