You CAN combine the 3 documents, using macro language to choose between which of the last 2 is printed. Alternatively, you could split your run into 2 parts - address type 1 and address type 2.

>I can't combine the two because the second document may be one of two different letters depending on the mailing address of the recipient. I know it has something to do with overloading Word or something along those lines because I can insert INKEY()'s with about a one second delay between closing the first document and opening the second one and it will run a few hundred before it gives up the ghost. Any other ideas? I appreciate you taking the time to help.
