I think tha will not work
very manny OCX need reistration and will not work without it.
You can use an install PRG like whise and make a setup for the OCX that can be called if OCX its missing.
Better make a separate system setup and install any OCX you might need.You can put it on a webserver and let your programm grapp it from there.
