Yup I use Demeanor for .net a nice odfuscater tool, it allowsyou to define even in design time via class and methods attribute if you don't want to odfustcate that class or that method name, by default it doesn't odfuscate any public definition, just the names stay intact all the code inside the method get's odfuscated, a really nice and handy tool.
