I feel the same way as when someone asks a clerk at the supermarket about something about a product, get an answer, but it is not what the customer wants to hear, so the customer keeps demanding an answer.

I know Peter is the customer, and Alan is a human being. I don't think customer can have less respect for a vendor than for anybody else. I understand Peter's concerns, but not his insistence on this topic. I'm shocked about people getting any surprise about Microsoft not releasing another version of VFP.

And of course, it is ok for me to disagree. That's absolutely normal.
