Technologies I know of that are no longer popular (using my short term memory of maybe the last 8 yrs or so):
Delphi
Powerbuilder
VBScript
Didn't you say you worked with Delphi before. I remember for a time people raved about it's capabilities as a language, features found in the Development UI, etc., and then it was basically gone. Of course I didn't frequent the Delphi forums, but I didn't hear too much screaming. People just moved on.
