Now you've taken my paragraph out of context. I was using it as an argument that those who think .NET (as an example) is a safe haven should not feel too secure about that haven. Afterall, as I understand from people like Craig Berntson, a company owes us not much more than what's promissed in the eula. So, we should take the eula far more serious and not presume things that are not explicitly written.
