Lots and lots of poor people rise up against their circumstances. Today they are lumped in with "terrorists" because the are resisting imposed authority.
The state of Isreal was the result of terrorist activity, as an example. And those weren't necessarily poor, but they did resist authority.
Terrorists obviously come in all shapes, sizes, class levels.
