Keep your blood pressure under control, it isn't worth it! Nothing is worth losing your health over. I know from experience.

Just go to the hospital for a simple test and end up with your chest cracked open and triple bypass surgery done. Somehow a whole bunch of things come suddenly into perspective and the value of what you once thought was critical is newly seen as relatively unimportant.

My friend I, for one, thank you for your honesty and integrity over the years. You have nothing to feel for your contributions to this community but pride. Keep in perspective that people are reacting to the news and not the messenger, and even if they took the time to really hear the news it isn't that big a deal in the larger picture.
