I have created a component in VB and added it to MTS. I exported the setup to the client machine. The client is VFP. I get the error "Access Error" when the client form hits the createobject function.

I have administrative rights on the server that runs MTS so rights are not a problem.

Does anyone know why I would be getting an access error?

A similar error occurs when I set up the client with VB. The error from VB is "Permission Denied Error 70".


In addition to this, I have created a VFP 6.0 beta Com Dll. When I go to add it to MTS with drag and drop it does nothing. When I try to add it with another component it gives me the following message; "One or more files are Com Dlls but do not contain any components." What do I need to do in order to create a component in VFP 6.0?
