There's a US based seller listed on Amazon.co.uk selling for £35 ($68) - that's the cheapest I can find it here in the UK.

I'm loathe to part with mine now I've seen how the prices have hiked up though... there's a chap on there (also based in the US) selling for £73 ($142)
Those prices are crazy. A few years back I noticed some older VFP books for sale with prices in excess of £100 - not very accessible for those starting out.
