We have a client that is receiving the dreaded "Error loading printer driver" message when printing from Citrix clients. We've tried all the suggestions here:
- Removed printer info. from reports
- Installed latest printer drivers on server and client
- Double-checked security settings
None of those made a difference. We did find that the problem only occurs with a newer version of the Citrix ICA client. More specifically, version 9.15 exhibits the problem and probably 10.0 as well (I haven't been able to download it), but version 8.0 works fine. Has anyone else had their apps break just by upgrading the client? If so, did you find a solution that allowed you to use the newer client?
