Hi Mike. Not sure of your point. There is a democracy in Iraq right now. By their judicial system he was sentenced to death. Not unlike the U.S. except that the U.S. doesn't use hanging anymore. (Doesn't make it 'right' or 'ok' but it is democracy at work).
