I don't think so your problem about .EXE size. I have 30mb VFP .EXE and I have about 7 MB VFP DOS .EXEs...
If you put your .EXE file in a network folder, it's a slow performance issue. Put your .EXE files onto per client computers. Because tmp files will create where is .EXE files.
