Jerry, Thanks for the advice. I'm still pretty new to Visual-based programming, and I don't fully comprehend the paramertized view at this point, but hopefully I can ease into it as I continue to go along. As for my problem of the records not appearing in date-order in the grid, I think I might have just been indexing on vac.nmbr instead of vac.nmbr+DTOS(DATE()). At any rate, it has begun to work the way I want it. Thanks Again, CH.
