First off, I'm not a member of any political party. I used to be a Libertarian Party member but gave that up post 9-11
Secondly, I have never been convinced that what we were told were intentional lies.
Finally, I went to the website and checked out the synopsis and clips and became even more convinced it was a hit piece.
Mike, I don't give anyone a "pass". If I did, I would be derelict in my responsibilities as a citizen and voter. The right-wing "dittoheads" and left-wing "moonbats" equally piss me off. Anyone who espouses a "party line" unthinkably is a bad person in my book.
>In a general sense I agree with you. And I have not seen the show. But it's hard to disagree with the title in this case. We were told lies in abundance before the invasion of Iraq. And after, for that matter. How can you give them a pass just because you belong to their party? Do you appreciate being lied to?

>>Smacks of an agenda rather than unbiased, investigative journalism. Anytime you puts "Lies" in your title, throws the unbiased part right out and replaces it with "witchhunt". Another "Triumph of the Will".

>>>The Fifth Estate is a Canadian investigative journalism program. Interesting documentary on the lead up to the Iraq war.
