IOW it's a lie. I'm assuming here you're not taking the piss out of his accent. He probably said "carbon neutral", meaningthe amount of CO2 that his family outputs, as in heating, elec, car use, jet travel, etc. is offset by his buying carbon bonds or whatever the hell they call them, e.g. supposedly to plant a tree to absorb the CO2 he accounts for. It's all a big paper-over-the-cracks scam, and another example of the unstoppable GW bandwaggon.
