People who are going to steal content will find a way to steal it or just not use it. For the rest of us we have additional restrictions and are stuck with extra costs that add no value to our products. People who steal it are not going to start paying for it because of DRM but people who would have been willing to pay may stop buying if the DRM is too much of a hassle/rip-off.
