Hi Raphael,
405 errors are 'Method not allowed' and usually due to a misconfigured script map in IIS. Make sure the .wp script map is configured to allow for at least GET and POST operations (can be set when you configure the script map) and that it is not bound to a physical file (ie. it can be served file-less - that's not the problem though because that would cause another IIS error).
