Our country was founded on Judeo-Christian values and even athiests want all the "in God we trust" they can get their hands on. All the courts open with a prayer, as do both houses of congress. There is a big difference in the government dictating how we worship, and allowing us to freely express our beliefs.

That's okay Grady, this IS the place to discuss it. That's why they call it chatter. I guess I thought you were saying WE should stop the fighting, but upon re-reading your comment, you were saying they should stop the attacks and we would remove ourselves. That is true. They don't want that though. They want to destroy all who disagree with them. So we fight on....
