And yes, I am using Infragistics 2007 vol.1 (evaluation version) in my application with SF. Some components are wrapped by the framework, and others just go straight to your forms. There's a SF BusinessBindingSource component that will easily help in this scenario.
Another thing, I use DevExpress components in the application too, and it works just the same way.
