Anything in the event logs?

>I am writing a Client/Server style application. Recently, we have reached the point where the Server portion of the application was ready to be deployed onto a non-development machine for testing. When I tried to the run the application, I recieved the following error:

>I get no other information. How in the world do I figure out what is causing the problem?
