Hello Sergio,

Maybe you should take a look at EPS' VFPConversion tools (http://www.vfpconversion.com/Tools.aspx). They could help you convert your existing VFP apps - which could save lot's of time - and they also provide a framework called MILOS (http://www.eps-cs.com/).
For further information (prizing, ...) about this framework please contact them directly because it is scalable.

The following points are my personal opinion!!

The good thing about MILOS is that you could do almost everything with one framework (Touchscreens, Web, Win, different backends, ...) and it is very flexible.

I do also have some experience with Kevin's framework Mere Mortals (http://www.oakleafsd.com/) which is also good too, though not that flexible (I've used version 1.3 from Mere Mortals).
