Preachers like Benny Hinn and Dr. Bill Graham have the same sentiments.

That's quite a general statement to say we have low moral values. Is it true of some Americans? Sure. But I don't think they are any more or less numerous than in any other country. And I don't think religious fundamentalism (any religion) is the same thing as moral values. Some of the most immoral acts in history have been carried out in the name of religion.
