Yes, I saw that too.

There are a few interesting question around this however: 1) How much is it. 2) If someone really was to buy it, would it actually be available. 3) Does that really force anyone to produce a hotfix, or do you only get access to the ones they are doing anyway?

On Microsoft's side, logistics for this would seem to be insane. If one company buys this agreement, would Microsoft keep a team in place just to maybe produce a hotfix at some point?

I am not saying they are not, but it would be cool to get more information about it...
