FWIW Sybase SQL Anywhere does not support joins across databases, even if they're running on the same server it doesn't matter, as far as the server cares they're completely separate database. Any joining would have to be done on the FoxPro side (via remote views) but performance would take a serious nosedive and it wouldn't be a good idea for any heavy duty joins.
