We held the interview at the Crillon Hotel in Paris, over Beluga Caviar blinis and frozen Stoli glasses. He came right from their Auvignon campus while I flew in my LearJet from Buenos Aires...

Really, the interview was made by email, as is usual these days. But if you read it, you'll see they have offices in Miami and Central America.
