I did the whole PVR/TV gizmo using the Media Center edtion of XP (Windows XP Media Center 2005).
Between that and ORB (www.orb.com) it all works quite nicely...and having a Windows Mobile 5 pda/cell phone I can watch any of this stuff remotely with orb...hehehe
