I would put this on the top of extreme tasks... is there some reason you want to do this? Are you trying to convert a project to vb.net from vfp? If so, it would monumental, and would likely require a LOT of manual looking over.
While it may be easy enough to convert one function call to another, you would not be able to convert the logic flow very well. Which is why every converter I have ever seen turned out to be a waste of time - it was better to just rewrite whatever you had using the old application as a prototype.
