Correct me if I'm wrong, but last time I called MSFT about the licensing scheme for that exact scenario (web service) they toldme that I have to but a per-proccesor license.

>I understand that; but the cost per user for the processor sku drops to some negligible amount. This is a "worst case" sku for apps that handle a lot of data and don't have a lot of users (or use a web service, where there is effectively one user).
