>>>Up until a month ago, our accounting department has been manually cutting and pasting a large (>175 pages) American Express billing statement for distribution to our employees so they can verify data therein.
>>>
>>>I happened to notice this going on and asked if AmEx could supply us with a data diskette, instead. They've begun sending the diskette each month (in addition to their hard copy statement). All the files are in comma-delimited ASCII files.

>>>I've begun putting together an application to import and report on the data from these disks. Has anyone out there already put something together? If so, please let me know so I don't have to reinvent the wheel, so to speak. I'm not asking for code, just a heads-up for any 'weirdness' in their data.

>>>Thanks!
