1.- There is a free version, for non commercial applications.
2.- If you have an startup, you can negotiate with them the delayed payment once your customers pay you. That's what I'm doing.
3.- IIRC the price now ys 70% off
4.- I'm trying to convince them to make an special deal to VFP developer upon proof of VFP purchase

>>1.- The idea is to develop applications capable of running not only in MSF Windows but also in other plataforms so you can broader your customer base and also cut their costs.
>>2.- Those applications should be Web - enabled too.
>>3.- The programming model should be data - centered, capable of running a single exe in your target machine ALSO and have features like we have now in VFP (local DBF's). If you want to acces that local application from your LAN or from Internet, you should be able to do so.
>>4.- The application should release you of the XML, AJAX,DHTML and HTML details. Uou should be able to program in a sintax you already know (VB, C#, Pascal)
>>5.- All the controls and widgets should be data bound, default. Also you should be able to design your database like you do in VFP. You should be able to design your dabase in the IDE, create queries and forms, reports and components, compile an run your app from the IDE.
