I'm not disagreeing. I'm just pointing out that when you start talking about murder and drug dealers, you are no longer talking about what the drugs themselves do to people, you are instead talking about the atmosphere created by the fact that they are illegal.

So, maybe in a list of which drugs are the most dangerous, it is not entirely wrong to omit the murders etc, since those aren't really attributable to the drugs.
