I also have a large FPD 2.6 application to convert and never seem to do it, because I seem to spend all the time polishing the FPD version. To start from scratch is unthinkable.

Look at http://www.microendeavors.com/ for their conversion technology. The do the best job I have seen so far, including converting to object orientation.
