From a prior response, and previous thread by Naomi, disable the "AutoSize" property, this just means you have to manually stretch the length of the control so the label is fully visible... which is no big deal.

However, if you do automated building of controls including labels, I would change the caption, autosize = .t., refresh control, autosize = .f., then re-position based on right alignment to other controls.
