The Brothers Grimm, OK, you got me there. But IMO fiction is a fundamentally solitary act. Do we remember Leo Tolstoy and his brothers? Fyodor and Vladimir Dostoyevsky? Of course not. We remember, and continue to read, the words of individuals.
