does any one know of any good online tutorials which give comprehensive education in vfp 9.0 (or earlier) from the ground up.

my concepts are all up muddled up and i tend to use old style programming like do whil not eof() with the new.

although my programs work perfectly i could use a real and thourogh re education if there can be avalible a good online tutorial guided preferably by a real human being at the other end.

i would also be interested in any weekend courses in amsterdam or antwerpen?

any suggestions otherwise would be also welcome.
