Hi Cesar.
>What does this "NDA" consist of ?
"NDA" stands for "Non-Disclosure Agreement". It's a document you sign in which you agree not to tell anyone else certain things the other party in the agreement has told you. For example, Microsoft often shows MVPs and other people new features in the next releases of their products but don't want that information to get out until they announce it. To prevent that from happening, they make those people sign an NDA. If those people then go and tell others about it, they have broken the agreement and can be sued or otherwise punished.
