I have and it is a disgusting, nauseating smell. Very metallic and somewhat sweet. Have you ever had water with too much iron in it? Common in this area. I can't stand it.
>>>Has blood a coppery smell? I think I've read that description before. Strange when it's made from iron, eh - unless she was a Vulcan :-)

>>Don't know about smell, but blood definitely has a coppery taste. When I bleed in my mouth, there's that taste of pennies.

>Aye, maybe. But couldn't it also be interpreted as the taste of iron? I used to suck my angle-iron bunk-bed frame when I was a kid. I remember the bitter taste (which Guinness reminds me of). Also, when I put my car aerial (antenna) down, then should taste my finger-tips, I don't like the metalic taste of that either. Maybe like the taste of blood. I've never encountered enough blood to get a smell off it though.
