I followed the steps as given in the tutorial. While telling it to copy to a folder worked, the end result was still useless at this point, owing to its lack of distribution libraries (see my other post).

This seems another difference between InstallShield and the old VFP6 method. I must have missed a step somewhere, but I cannot understand how it could create files for distribution without including such files automatically.
