Without question several hundred pounds of them have gone that way already, hopefully to more deserving homes.

About half are geology texts from our earlier careers (luckily those books remain relevent much longer than programming texts!). The rest are books which I might read again. I reread favorite books many times.

Interesting. I am much more likely to rewatch a favorite movie than reread a favorite book. Have probably watched "Goodfellas" and "Casablanca" (to name just two) at least 20 times apiece.
