Don't fall off your chair here<g>. These are some good points.
There are VB training houses all over the place - churning folks out right and left. I don't know if you have ever seen the ATEC stuff from MS on VB - but it is light. I suppose there is no substitute for plain old experience.
FWIW, I am reading a great book now... Professional VB 5.0 Business Objects from Wrox Press by Rockford Rhotka. I am continually impressed by Wrox Press for putting out high quality stuff. Good VB titles are hard to find. Yes there are a bunch - but wading through the junk to find good - useful topics is the challenge.
