Outlook can deal with AdressTO like [fax: 999 999-9999]. Probably because the Outlook's configuration is set to connect to fax server. But is it possible to use another smtp mail system (like vfpwinsock.ocx), instead of Outlook, and send message directly to fax server using similar protocol?
